Yes, we provide a Scope of Work outline including a breakdown summary of the items that are required to be captured by your Team.
Do we get advance notice?
Typically, yes. The amount of notice depends on our Client’s timelines.
What kind of partners are you looking for?
CAD Technicians, BIM Modelers, Building Surveyors, Fixture Installers, Misc (i.e. Store Auditors)
What are your payment terms?
This is negotiated at the time of onboarding.
What type of paperwork is required for onboarding?
Non Disclosure Agreement, Master Service Agreement, Certificate of Insurance and W9 depending location of work.

What types of projects does DedON execute with partners?
Project may include single or multiple sites. Deliverable include architectural & MEP drawings, Matterport Scans, photographs, Revit models, installations, etc.
